KARA's Goo Hara Reveals Secret for Slim Waist


KARA's Goo Hara shared the secret to their amazingly slim waist. During her appearance on SBS "One Night of TV Entertainment" on November 30th, Goo Hara revealed that her secret for a 22-inch waist and slim figure is a simple 10-minute workout with a pillow.

She explained, "Spread your legs a little less than your shoulder width and slowly pull your upper body back to work the muscles around your waist. Then move the pillow side to side, making sure both waist and shoulders are straight. Doing three sets of twenty would be the best."

Host Kim Bum Yong has been stunned by Goo Hara’s waist measurement. The skinny singer smiled and added, “I just ate”, making everyone laugh.
